Chris Brits is the founder and CEO of Riskonet in South Africa. As an independent advisor, he combines deep local market knowledge with the strength of a global specialist network. From this position, he helps organizations design risk programs that support, rather than hinder their business strategy.

Expertise
Within Riskonet, Chris focuses on risk strategy, organizational design and the development of risk frameworks that align operational tactics with strategic objectives. He advises on risk finance, insurance and post-loss reviews. At the operational level, he supports clients with fire protection systems, security, occupational health and safety and ISO implementations. In addition, he develops preventive maintenance programs, delivers risk training and advises on asset valuations.
