Privacy Statement

Welcome to our website www.riskonet.com. We are pleased to inform you about our privacy policy.

As of 25 May 2018, the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act has been replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a result, we are no longer permitted to store your data without your explicit consent. Riskonet has incorporated the applicable laws and regulations into its privacy policy. Riskonet applies organizational, legal, and technical measures in accordance with current changes in privacy laws and regulations.

When Riskonet is asked to carry out an assignment, we process data on the basis of that specific assignment. The legal basis for processing this data is the agreement we have entered into with you as the client and data subject. If, in the execution of the assignment, it becomes apparent that we specifically and explicitly process personal data of data subjects with third parties, we will make specific arrangements regarding this in our assignment agreement and record these in a data processing agreement.

If Riskonet initiates a recruitment and selection procedure, or if you submit an open application to Riskonet, we will request relevant information from you in order to carry out these procedures successfully. By registering or by sending us your application and/or CV, you give us permission to process this data. The personal data we subsequently process includes your name, address details, contact details (such as your email address), and your curriculum vitae.

These personal data will be used internally to select a suitable candidate for our client. To properly protect your personal data, we have implemented physical, electronic, technical, and organizational procedures.

With your consent, we will in principle store your data for a maximum period of two years. Any changes in your situation that occur in the meantime can of course be communicated to us. After two years, we will either delete your data or contact you again to inform you further and, if applicable, request renewed consent to retain your personal data for a longer period.

Riskonet records data about the use of the website. This includes, among other things, data on visitor numbers and pages visited. For this purpose, anonymized data from Google Analytics is used. These data are stored and analyzed. Riskonet uses functional cookies and tracking cookies. With this data, Riskonet can improve the website and adapt it to the general preferences of users.

Any questions about our privacy policy, requests for access to your data, or complaints can be sent to [email protected].
